Fairhaven Stucco Repair & Exterior House Painting

A Fairhaven home above Bellingham Bay where the paint was the last step, not the first. The stucco had cracked through in a web across the upper wall, and window trim had gone soft. We cut out and patched every crack, bridged the wall with an elastomeric coating, rebuilt the damaged trim, then repainted the body and trim across both buildings on the property.

Scope of work: wash the exterior; cut out and patch stucco cracks across the upper wall; apply an elastomeric coating over the repaired stucco to bridge the cracks and shed water; rebuild and prime damaged window trim; caulk joints and penetrations; then two finish coats on the body with hand-brushed trim — on the main house and the street-facing bungalow.
