A full exterior repaint of a 30-year rental in Bellingham’s Roosevelt neighborhood. Peeling layers, weathered trim, and failing coatings meant we scraped so much paint off that it made more sense to fully prime the entire house before any finish coats went on. With proper lead-safe prep and a complete oil primer, this repaint is set up to protect the cedar siding and bring the home’s character back for years to come.

Scope of work: Lead-safe prep following EPA RRP guidelines, scrape off loose and failing paint, oil-prime the entire house, oil-based caulking at every seam, spray-and-backroll Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior Low Lustre on the body, then hand-brush and roll the trim and accents.
