Common scope here: scrape & sand failing paint, spot prime bare wood, elastomeric caulk at windows/doors, bonding primer, and two-coat top systems.
Whatcom Falls Neighborhood exterior paint project
This was a Great project to close out the 2025 summer painting season. We used Benjamin Moore-Aura low luster in Van Deusen Blue for the body. For the Trim paint we used the Aura line but in a soft gloss.
